The role
You'll work across our React frontend and Python backend, paired closely with senior engineers who care about helping you grow. This is a role for someone with strong fundamentals who is not afraid to see their code pushed to production.
What you'll do
Ship features across the entire stack — UI components, API endpoints, database migrations, background jobs
Review code, get reviewed, and improve quickly through tight feedback loops
Take on increasing ownership as you ramp — from small fixes to feature areas of your own
What we're looking for
1–3 years of professional experience
Mastery over SOTA AI Tooling
Solid fundamentals in TS, JS and Python
You read code carefully, ask good questions
A bias toward shipping

Remote-first. We're fully remote for now, with a preference for candidates in LA or NY so we can spend time together in person
We use AI intelligently and expect engineers to be fluent with AI tools
