The call

Fifteen minutes to lock the bar: must-haves, dealbreakers, comp band, timeline. Terms are walked through here too, out loud, before anything starts.

The slate

Three to five engineers, vetted against your bar, each with confirmed interest in your role. Delivered in your Slack or inbox within days, usually under a week.

You interview

Your loop, unchanged. Tell us who to move and who to pass, and we keep the pipeline warm until the role is filled.

Step

Offer and placement

We stay in it through the signature. The fee is due on the hire, and every placement carries a ninety-day replacement guarantee.
