About Hyperbound

Hyperbound (YC S23) is the Revenue Activation Platform, an agentic OS for sales that closes the loop between behavior, coaching, and execution. We're a system that changes what happens next, and we're reshaping the structure of our customers' sales orgs in the process.

As the inventors of AI sales roleplay, we help enterprise sales teams practice, measure, and scale top-performer behaviors. IBM, LinkedIn, Bloomberg, Supabase, Monday.com, Notion, and Vanta are just a few of the companies that trust us.

We 5x'd ARR last year and raised a $15M Series A led by Peak XV. Our team ships new features weekly and has close feedback loops with customers.

The category is exploding, and we're pouring gas on the fire.

The Role

We move fast and expect a lot. You'll ship something the night before a customer demos it in front of 20,000 sales reps at their SKO. You'll watch a feature you build be the reason a customer signs an $800K contract. That kind of thing either sounds like your dream or your nightmare. If it's the former, that's the job. If you'd rather have more structure and a clearer lane, this probably isn't it.

Still here? Good.

What You'll Do

  • Build and ship features across frontend and backend using Next.js/React, Node.js/NestJS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and TypeScript

  • Own your code end to end: when something breaks, you fix the root cause; when you see an architectural problem, you own the fix

  • Support AWS infrastructure, deployment strategies, and CI/CD pipelines

  • Work directly with the founding team to scope and prioritize what gets built next

  • Collaborate tightly with product and design on features with direct customer impact

What You'll Bring

  • 3-5 years of fullstack experience with modern TypeScript-based frontend and backend frameworks

  • Comfort working across the stack, from UI to database to infrastructure

  • A track record of shipping in fast-moving environments where you had real ownership

  • Low ego, high output, and a genuine preference for direct feedback over process

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science (Master's preferred)

Bonus Points

  • Prior startup experience, past founder, or high-growth company background

  • Experience with AWS and CI/CD in production environments

  • You've shipped something you're genuinely proud of
