Requirements
Must-have
- Strong product or engineering background, building products with AI at their core
- Demonstrated agent engineering experience: context design, tool design, reasoning loops
- LLM and VLM fluency, ideally with agentic workflow experience
- Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous problems and craft reliable, efficient solutions
- High agency. Not waiting for tickets. Can take a customer's ask and break it down end-to-end.
- Customer-facing comfort. Excited to sit on calls and onboarding, not camera-shy.
- Fluent in using coding agents day to day (Claude Code, Cursor, comparable)
- Thrives in early-stage environments: self-directed, resourceful, excited to build 0 → 1
- In-person in SF, 5 days a week (office next to Salesforce Tower)
- Prior vertical AI company experience (Harvey, Applied Intuition, Snorkel, Factory AI)
- Figma full-time AI team alumni or comparable
- Prior startup experience, especially as an early hire
- Background in 3D / CAD/geometry/construction documentation
- TypeScript fluency (stack is Vercel + frontier models + TypeScript, but the team will train on it)
