What you'll own
- Own the full product loop end-to-end across customer signal, build, deploy, and production observability
- Build and maintain full-stack applications using React, Next.js, Supabase, and Python
- Design and implement agentic workflows using tools like Pipecat, LangChain, LiveKit, or equivalents
- Work directly with B2B customers to triangulate between what they say, what they mean, and what they need
- Instrument production traces for multiple audiences: engineers debugging, product correctness, and customer trust
- Apply strong product judgment to distinguish N=1 signal from real roadmap direction
Requirements
Must-have
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong full-stack experience across React, Next.js, Supabase, and Python
- Real hands-on experience with agent/voice tooling: Pipecat, LangChain, LiveKit, or equivalents
- Experience with production observability and deployment rollout strategies
- Strong product instincts - comfortable bridging customer needs and technical execution
- Comfortable working in a highly autonomous remote environment on a 996 schedule (9am–9pm, 6 days/week)
